Oil pulling has a long Ayurvedic tradition. In Ayurveda, oil pulling is believed to have beneficial properties and effects not only on the mouth and oral flora, but on the entire body: the appearance of the skin, digestion, chapped lips and headaches – it is said to help all over.
Effect: Oil pulling with our Mouth Pulling Oil definitely takes your oral care to the next level. It contains sesame, olive and coconut oil and therefore has antibacterial properties. With regular use, the teeth can even be whitened. The contained peppermint oil provides a super fresh taste and leaves your mouth feeling clean. This product is of course vegan. It comes in a pretty glass bottle and should ideally be used in the morning before brushing your teeth.
How to use: Put about a tablespoon in your mouth and then gently rinse your mouth for about 10 to 20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, simply spit the oil that has turned white into a cloth or some toilet paper and dispose of it in the rubbish bin.
